1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on up786. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or using another person's identity — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any balance held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. 4Deposits & Payments

All deposits on up786 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). up786 supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, direct bank account transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Available payment methods may vary and are displayed during the deposit process in your account.

• You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Using payment accounts that belong to another person is not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may be adjusted based on your account verification status.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your up786 wallet near-instantly. Bank transfers and card payments may take longer depending on the payment provider.
• up786 does not apply currency conversion fees. The PKR amount you deposit is the PKR amount credited to your wallet.
• If a deposit fails to reach your wallet within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit before confirming with support that the first has not been received.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your up786 wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out here and in the Withdrawal section of the platform. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible.

• Withdrawals are paid in PKR to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast-linked accounts, and registered bank accounts.
• Bonus funds and free bet credits are not withdrawable as cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a standard requirement and applies to all accounts regardless of deposit amount.
• up786 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing large withdrawal requests. This is for the protection of account holders and the integrity of the platform.

6Bonuses & Promotions

up786 offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. These general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount must be bet before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on the bonus offer.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if not used within the time window specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.

• Live in-play betting is available for selected matches. Odds on in-play markets change rapidly. up786 cannot be held responsible for any delay between an event occurring and the platform odds updating.
• Slot games, live casino games, and bingo operate using certified random number generation. Game outcomes are determined independently of player history, previous results, or any other factor outside the game mechanics.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on up786. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or providing false identity information during registration.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.

11Limitation of Liability

12Account Termination

Either you or up786 may close an account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Self-exclusion closure: Accounts closed through the self-exclusion process under Responsible Gaming are treated differently. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period. This is an intentional feature, not an error.
• Upon termination for breach of terms, up786 reserves the right to withhold any bonus-related balances. Real-money deposits less any losses from genuine gameplay may be returned at up786's discretion after investigation is complete.
